У нас в проекте класс регистриуется для доступа из луа одной строчкой, любая функция/метод становится доступной тоже одной строчкой, одной строчкой регистриуются геттеры/сеттеры в виде поля ( пропертя ) для луа. Таким образом можно вообще любой класс сделать доступным в луа буквально за считанные минуты.

Достаточно уделить один день, написать несколько макросов и классов и у вас будет тоже самое, а со временем может и лучше. Я даже сейчас подумал о том, что связка QML + Qt С хуже чем у нас в проекте lua.
